• Check-in: Anytime after “we’re almost there,” which is legally defined as 30–90 minutes.
• Check-out: The date you selected is acknowledged and then discussed.
• Quiet hours: Quiet is respected until someone remembers something important to tell you.
• Dress code: Casual. You will still be asked if you’re cold.
• Dining: Food is included. Declining food triggers a brief investigation.
• Cancellation: If you cancel, management will respond with “Okay” followed by “Are you sure?”
• Overlapping bookings: Management reserves the right to approve overlapping visits and call it “family time.”
